Each of our Secondary Schools offers a comprehensive package of benefits. All seek to offer one of the best pay packages in London. Full details are available from each school.

Inner London Payscale
We pay the Inner London payscale, over £1500 a year higher than Outer London boroughs.

Help with loans
We offer NQTs an interest free loan of up to £3000 to enable you to repay a student loan. Repayments will be deducted from your salary.

This will particularly help you if you have a bank loan, which typically charge between 8% and 12% interest. The interest payments plus loan protection can cost between £385-£700 for a £3000 loan over three years. The LA will not charge you interest.

We will also offer you a repayment holiday for the first year. So by the time you have to start repaying this loan, your salary will have gone up anyway, and you will hopefully be on surer financial footing.
